Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid & Flexible Working)
Salary: £25,500 (£30,000 OTE) + Bonuses

What You ll Be Doing:

• Sourcing top candidates through our well-established database, LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
• Writing job adverts to attract top talent
• Preparing CVs and assisting candidates through the hiring process
• Conducting interviews and coaching candidates for success
• Collaborating with a dynamic team to hit targets
• Building a strong professional network within the industry

What We re Looking For:

• Hardworking, reliable, and self-motivated individuals
• A natural people-person with strong communication skills
• Ambition to learn, grow, and succeed in recruitment
• No previous recruitment experience required
• Previous experience in a sales evironment preferred but not essential, this includes experience with hospitality and retail environments
