Quantity Surveyor

Danny Sullivan Group have an immediate requirement for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to work on a hotel build project in Edinburgh.

NEC contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure robust, accurate and timely cost and value reporting at both project and business unit level
• Ensure accurate cash flow reporting takes place
• Carry out cost management including forecasting
• Update the monthly CVR, cost and commercial plans
• Needs to have NEC experience
• Civils background
• Will be supporting junior members in the team
• All rounder
