About the Property Team

Our Property Team looks after Cyrenians’ brick & mortar; we look after a range of properties including office spaces, residential accommodation and commercial properties. The Property Team take care of the properties’ needs to ensure our services can continue to run smoothly. We are a small but ambitious Property Team that has achieved substantial goals in the past 12 months, and we are looking for a new property coordinator to support us continue our great work!

About the role

Our property coordinator is the first point of contact for all property related enquiries. This means the role is fast paced and varied, with no two days the same. Your main duties will include:

• Coordinating all repairs and maintenance across all Cyrenians properties
• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Maintain and continue to build our approved supplier database
• Support any property-related projects.

About you

You will have experience in property maintenance and/or management and be experienced in providing administrative support to projects. You should also be:

• Highly organised and detail focused
• Flexible and able to prioritise a busy and varied workload
• Approachable and skilled at building relationships with a range of stakeholders

You’ll be part of an experienced, knowledgeable team, with a supportive manager, who will help you develop and grow in your role. You’ll also have access to wider Cyrenians support, including our learning programme, and staff wellbeing services.

£25,101 - £27,907 plus pension
