They require a principal ecologist to replace a retiree. This is a highly impactful role where you can take the reins and transform the offer, effectively running an in-house consultancy.

In this principal ecologist position, you will manage 2 reports with the potential to grow the team this summer. You will monitor the company s environmental standards and the output of the ecology team.

Principal Ecologist Scotland candidates can live anywhere in Scotland or Cumbria £50,000 - £60,000 + Car + up to 10% pension + Medical Insurance + CPD + Life Assurance

The Role:

• Principal Ecologist
• Highly influential set the framework for forest works manager competence
• A seat at the top table of the industry
• Covering sites across Scotland
• Work closely with and influence SEPA and regulators
• £50,000 - £60,000 + Car + up to 10% pension + Medical Insurance + CPD + Life Assurance

The Person:

• Principal Ecologist experience in dealing with commercial considerations, quotations etc
• Experience in leading ecology teams or having direct reports
• Full driving license
