Our partner, a leading provider of utility infrastructure solutions within the energy and utilities industry, is seeking a skilled Jointing Supervisor to join their team in Scotland. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of jointing operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with project teams, ensuring alignment with schedules, budgets, and client requirements.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to the jointing teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards and health and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor progress and adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any issues encountered.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships and ensure satisfaction with the services provided.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a jointing supervisory role within the energy or utilities sector.
• Strong knowledge of jointing techniques and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• A commitment to maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
• Valid relevant certifications and qualifications are essential.
