You ll guide the project from discovery through delivery, working hands-on with cross-functional teams and senior trading stakeholders. &#(phone number removed); What you ll be doing:

• Leading multi-team delivery of a complex energy trading platform
• Defining project scope and aligning delivery with business goals
• Embedding Agile/Lean practices to optimise performance and outcomes
• Partnering with senior energy trading stakeholders to drive value
• Driving delivery innovation with effective tools, frameworks, and metrics

• Strong delivery leadership within energy, trading, or tech-heavy environments
• Proven experience with complex, multi-disciplinary programmes
