We are pleased to announce an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as a Data Management Associate to join our Data & Operations team, part of the Asset Management function.
This is an entry-level role that will offer on-the-job training and upskilling. This role would suit someone who has a keen interest in data, good relationship building capability and someone who is keen to kick-start their career in a growing Financial Services / Asset Management organisation.

The role
This is a new role in the team Data & Operations team, as part of the Asset Management (AM) COO (Chief Operating Office) function and will be purposeful for supporting and enabling the data management capability in the function. The goal of the Data Management team is to embed ‘data as an asset’ within the culture of the function to achieve the required level of consistency, quality and protection to meet the overall Asset Management needs and thereby enabling Asset management to become truly a data driven function.
The role will focus on the data management capability; this includes processing of data across the Asset Management function. The role will support the business data requirements, ensuring that the data required is loaded into core systems.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a keen interest in data and to be part of the growing capability in the highly specialised area of Asset Management within the Phoenix Group.
