Location: Edinburgh – with remote working
Salary: £25,000 per annum plus a bonus of up to £6k for meeting targets.
Initial Training and Onboarding: The first 1 month will be conducted in-person at our office to facilitate effective training and integration into our team.
Hybrid Working: Following the initial training period, employees will be required to work from the office 3 days a week. This allows for collaboration, team meetings, and access to resources, while also offering the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining days.
Job Overview:
As an Outbound Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of short-term holiday rental owners by onboarding them to our innovative platform. Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to prospective customers who have contacted us or interacted with our company (warm leads), through outbound calls and Google meetings, guiding them through the sign-up process, and converting them into verified hosts. This role is critical to supporting the growth strategies of Travelnest, where you’ll be the driving force behind helping prospective hosts maximize their rental potential.

Shift Pattern:Advisors must be available to work Monday to Saturday, between 08:00 – 20:00. Current shifts involve working every second Saturday and one late shift per week.
