The role
We have an exciting brand-new role at Phoenix Group for a Finance Architecture and Governance Lead. This a brilliant opportunity to drive change and help shape and mould the future of Phoenix’s finance systems as you will own and set the blueprint and strategic direction for data and process architecture across Finance.
As a senior leader in Finance Data Systems and Change you will create a structured view of the architecture bringing clarity to all levels of the organisation whilst championing controls, data governance and the removal of process debt.
Your knowledge of the Finance architecture and strong stakeholder skills ensure all stakeholders maintain alignment with the overall Finance architecture and strategy, fostering shared understanding and ownership. You will be a key liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex architecture and design concepts into clear, actionable business insights whilst providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to a team of domain architects.
