3 days per week ideally or 5 shorter days

Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance on HR policies, employment law, and best practices
Support managers with employee relations, performance management, and absence management
Lead on HR projects, policy development, and process improvements
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies

Profile

Previous experience in an HR Advisory role
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable
