The role
As a Customer Operations Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking information and assistance with their pension plans via inbound calls, along with digital Secure Message. You will provide high quality customer service by handling a variety of enquiries related to pensions, including plan values, retirement options, plan benefits and any other pension related queries.
What are we looking for?
Location: Edinburgh. The role will be office-based at our state-of-the-art city centre office for the first 6 months where you will be provided with full training. Beyond this point you will spend a minimum of 60% of your time working in the office with the rest of your time spent working from home.
