A critical element of the provision of these services and upholding the highest level of customer service falls with the Ticketing Department, which has a series of vital responsibilities, including the provision of home and away games and stadium events, access control on matchdays and providing resolution points around the Stadium.

About the Department

Reporting to the Ticket Office Manager, Ticket Office Team Members will join the Ticketing department on a matchday to ensure supporters can access the Stadium safely and efficiently. They will support the Ticket Office and work with other team members to ensure all ticketing sales and enquiries are handled professionally and as efficiently as possible to eliminate any entry issues before kick-off. 

During some busy periods in the season, Ticket Office Team Members may be asked to assist the Ticketing Team on non-matchdays with sales and enquiries also.

If not working in the East or West Ticket Pods, Ticket Office Team Members will be working in and around each of the Home stands to ensure successful entry and resolve any ticketing issues or queries. This will include the use of handheld scanners that link to the access control system, which the Ticketing Department will provide training on before supporters gain any access to the Stadium

Ticket Office Team Members will also be required to report any issues back to the Ticket Office and assist, where possible, to resolve any issues highlighted. Radios will be deployed to Team Members for constant communication between Team Members and the Ticket Office Management Team.

Hours – Variable, mostly weekends and evenings

Duties

  • Assisting Ticketing Team in Ticket Sales from East and West Ticket Pods
  • Assisting Ticketing Team in Ticket Resolution and Access Control outside Stadium Turnstiles
  • Assisting Ticketing Team with Customer Ticket Collections
  • Assisting Ticketing Team in Ticket Sales and enquiries from the main Ticket Office
