Job Requirements/Description

Edinburgh College of Art (ECA) is seeking an experienced administrator to work as part of our Student and Academic Support Team for a fixed term period.

Underpinning a great student and staff experience Senior Programme Administrators will contribute through a range of essential administrative tasks and processes, the administration of ECA’s programmes providing a high-quality service to undergraduate and postgraduate students and academic colleagues. Senior Programme Administrator is a key person in a student’s experience of the University and will be professional and approachable working as part of a wider team using your expert knowledge to support academic teaching staff with the delivery of the exciting range of programmes and courses that ECA offer.

The post is fixed term for 12 months and is a backfill for an internal secondment. It is also full time, for 35 hours per week. We are seeking someone who combines great administrative skills including attention to detail and ability to juggle competing demands, with a genuine interest in contributing to the development of our new team as we embed a range of new roles and support.
